Job Descriptions:
Purpose and Scope: To provide quality control support to the Product Development/Design and Production teams. Responsibilities: Manage all testing and inspection processes and ensure sample/bulk fabric meetings or exceeds quality specifications. Collaborate with Product Development, Design and Production teams on related quality issues and offer guidance. Manage all fabric issues and settle all fabric-related claims. Ensure fabric mills are in compliance with Company quality standards in respect to approvals, inspection, and testing policies and procedures. Problem-solve in the common place in the event that standards cannot fully be met due to the variety and varied use of our Knits fabrics. Manage communication between Product Development, Design, Production, and mills on quality-related issues. Job Requirements: 4+ years experience in Apparel area or fabric-related experience. Knowledge of industry fabric testing standards and fabric inspection standards. Must have strong problem-solving and management skills. Travel as required.
